  This is an excellent firm to deal with. I rang up just before Christmas to order a Cold Frame. I expected a bit of a wait as I'd cut it rather fine. Was told 3-4 weeks so middle to end of January. An hour later a phone call from one of the staff saying he'd seen my order and was doing some other calls in the West of England and could fit us in too, were we going to be home. His day changed a bit but he kept us updated and arrived in the dark a bit later than he'd expected. Very helpful young man. Assembled the Cold Frame and then had to drive a couple of hours back to their base. A well made product and superb service. Will very happily use again.
